APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Grant seekers may submit a grant request application for all program areas except Global Programs electronically HERE. All applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors and if the request meets the guidelines of the Foundation and is of interest, the Foundation’s Grants Manager will provide additional information on next steps. Typically, a notice will be sent out 3-6 months from the time of submission on the status of the grant request.

DEADLINES
Applications are accepted year-round. The Board of Directors meets twice per year and makes all funding decisions at those meetings.

ALLOCATION
In general, grants are allocated in the range of $5,000-$15,000. The Foundation generally does not give more than one grant per organization per fiscal year. In addition, the Foundation generally does not give grants to one organization for more than three consecutive years.

ELIGIBILITY
Only non-profit, tax-exempt organizations as defined under section 501 (c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code are eligible for funding. The Foundation does not fund individuals, fraternal organizations, political campaigns, or candidates. In general, the Foundation does not fund dinners, special events, or fundraising events.
